At Southern Arizona Rifle Company, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our firearms and accessories. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our top priority. Please review our warranty and return policy below.

Warranty Information

We offer a 5 year on all firearms purchased directly from Southern Arizona Rifle Company or through authorized dealers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Consumables, such as magazines or accessories, unless otherwise specified
  • Any firearm that has been modified in any way

If you believe your firearm has a defect covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a warranty claim.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • The firearm must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • A restocking fee may apply.
  • Firearms that have been fired or modified in any way cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We do not buy back any used firearms.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Upon receipt and inspection, if your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
