How Suppressor Purchases Work
Suppressors are regulated under federal law and require approval through ATF Form 4 before they can be transferred to an individual.
Purchasing a suppressor on our website initiates the transfer process only.
Suppressors cannot be shipped directly to a customer and must be transferred through a licensed dealer.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 — Purchase Online
You purchase your suppressor on our website and select your preferred licensed dealer during checkout.
Payment is collected and your order is marked NFA Pending.
Step 2 — Ship to Your Dealer
We ship the suppressor dealer-to-dealer to the licensed FFL/SOT you selected.
The suppressor is logged into the dealer’s inventory and is not yet owned by the customer.
Step 3 — Form 4 Filed by Dealer
You work directly with your chosen dealer to complete and submit the ATF Form 4.
Fingerprints, photo, and required paperwork are collected and submitted by the dealer.
Step 4 — ATF Review
The ATF reviews the Form 4 submission.
Approval times vary and are determined solely by the ATF.
During this period, the suppressor remains with the dealer.
Step 5 — Approval & Pickup
Once approved, your dealer will contact you to complete final paperwork.
The suppressor is then legally transferred to you and picked up from your dealer.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the regulated nature of suppressors and NFA items, refunds or cancellations may be subject to fees once the transfer process has begun.
